Job Advertisements

1. Purpose

To assist the Cathay crew affected by Cathay's job cuts programme to find for a new job as soon as possible.

3. Exclusions

All kinds of job advertisements.

3. Requirement

The post should be categorised with the Post Topic "Job Advertisement 招聘廣告".

4. Ending date

This exclusion will continue until the Head Administrator's further decision. There will be an announcement when the exclusion ends.

Appendix 3

Assisting arrivals from overseas places

1. Interpretation

In this appendix—

COVID-19 (2019冠狀病毒病) refers to the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2, specified in item 8A of Schedule 1 of the Prevention and Control of Disease Ordinance (Cap. 599);

inbound travel restrictions (抵港限制) means all restrictions or limits on travelling to Hong Kong to prevent the importation of COVID-19, including but not limited to—

(a) requiring inbound travellers to undergo either compulsory quarantine, or COVID-19 test before departure or after arrival, or both;

(b) imposing restrictions on flights and numbers of flights to Hong Kong due to the control of COVID-19.

2. Approved topics

Any person who posts content related to—

(a) the add, vary and revoke of inbound travel restrictions;
(b) inquiries and support requests arose by inbound travel restrictions,

does not post an advertisement.

3. Expiry

This appendix expires at midnight on 25 May 2024.

Appendix 4

Memorial of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II

Any person who posts content related to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II in a respectful manner during the specified date or period—

(a) 21 April in any year;

(b) 8 September in any year;

(d) the period from 8 September 2022 to the state funeral, both days inclusive (period of national mourning in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland),

is not posting an advertisement.
