1. Interpretation of Rule versions

 

Should there be any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.

2. Appeal

 

(a) Justifications 

A complete justification has to be made for appeal cases. The justification should be uploaded to the website for future references.

 

(b) Judgements

Judgements should make references on previous justifications and judgements.
