The Acting Head Administrator has made the amendments on the General Rules Regulations (Common Rule Cap.1):
- Amendment on the interpretation of "inappropriate content" (不當內容) in (3)
According to Rule Motion Regulation (Fundamental Rule Cap.1 (3)), motions proposed by the Head Administrator is in a negative vetting. The motion will be treated as unanimously passed when no member has proposed an opposition within 30 days.
