Amendments on rule interoperation

The Acting Head Administrator has made the amendments to the following rule interoperation:
- "Operator" to "Adjudicator"
- "Rule revision operator" to "Rule revision adjudicator"
According to Rule Motion Regulation (Fundamental Rule Cap.1 (3)), motions proposed by the Head Administrator is in a negative vetting. The motion will be treated as unanimously passed when no member has proposed an opposition within 30 days.
