The Acting Head Administrator has made the following amendments on the General Rules Regulations (Common Rule Cap.1):
- The amendment of the interpretation of section (3)
- The proposal of section (7), Organised Rule Violation
According to Rule Motion Regulation (Fundamental Rule Cap.1 (3)), motions proposed by the Head Administrator is in a negative vetting. The motion will be treated as unanimously passed when no member has proposed an opposition within 30 days.
