Appointment of new group moderator

The Acting Head Administrator has appointed Justin YT Chow as a group moderator.

Justin is a student pilot based Hong Kong and was a aviation geek since small. He currently manages his own aviation blog page on our blog. The Acting Head Administrator believes that he could assist in group management.
