The Acting Head Administrator has appointed Edison Choy as the Chief Adjudicator (CA) of the Hong Kong Aviation Forum. According to Adjudication Act (Fundamental Rule Cap.7) (3)(1), the appointment motion is in a negative vetting. The appointment will be treated as unanimously passed when no member has proposed an opposition within 30 days.
A spokesperson of the Acting Head Administrator said, "Choy is the founder of the forum and is very well experienced. I believe that he could exercise his powers and carry out his adjudications fair and equally."
