Forum unveils refreshed HK Aviation Trivia

The Hong Kong Aviation Forum has launched the refreshed HK Aviation Trivia, building on the success of its predecessor, the 'Hong Kong Aviation Challenge', introduced in 2022. This comprehensive online quiz invites aviation enthusiasts and the broader community to explore and expand their aviation knowledge, offering an engaging, insightful, and inspiring experience that reflects our vision of becoming a leading aviation community.

The HK Aviation Trivia features 100 questions that are randomly sequenced for every attempt and vary in difficulty. Designed to both challenge and inform, it covers topics with a strong emphasis on Hong Kong aviation, from its rich history to its modern operations and future outlook, while also touching upon broader industry insights. To ensure a comprehensive learning experience, participants receive detailed feedback for all incorrect answers, allowing them to deepen their understanding of both Hong Kong and global aviation topics. More than just a fun quiz, it's a vibrant celebration of the city's aviation legacy, which began at Kai Tak Airport 100 years ago in 1925. It also aims to inspire more people to become aviation enthusiasts and encourages our growing community to connect and share their passion.

Designed for maximum accessibility and enjoyment, the trivia offers unlimited attempts and the option to participate anonymously. To foster friendly competition and recognition, a new leaderboard allows participants who enter a username to showcase their scores and track their performance. Players can easily save their progress at any time when logged into their Google account, ensuring a seamless experience. We also encourage all participants to share their scores on social media and invite their friends to take part.

During a limited trial, the trivia received enthusiastic participation from nearly 200 people in just a few hours, demonstrating the excitement it generates. The feedback received has been overwhelmingly positive and has been fully incorporated into this final version to further elevate the user experience.
