Release Centre launches RAARC platform

The Hong Kong Aviation Forum Release Centre develops the Rule and Administrative Announcement Release Centre (RAARC) to publish rules, motions, and administrative announcements.


RAARC is a platform for publishing rules and regulations, motions, and administrative announcements. Due to the procedural requirement to announce the add, vary or revocation of a rule (similar to the Gazette). In order to optimise documentation organisation, the RAARC provides a platform for users to access all rules and administrative announcements with ease.


In order to maintain transparency, an announcement summarising the announcement will be issued through the Release Centre as needed.
