The amendment of the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy (terms) has come into effect today (October 15).
The amendment to the terms was first introduced on October 10. The amendment is introduced to clarify the terms to our users, and these changes should not significantly alter users' access and use.
The spokesperson for the forum said, "The old version is similar to the previous terms, but the new terms are more detailed, precise and clear."
The spokesperson said, "Users are agreeing to the new Terms by continuing to use services provided by the forum (including being a member of the forums' Facebook group/ website, subscribing/ accessing the forums' website)."
"The forum has taken reasonable steps to notify users about the changes, including by means of publishing an announcement on the release centre, and by sending emails to all site members and subscribers. Regardless, users are reminded to review the terms frequently, as the forum reserves the right to amend the terms at any time without notice and the changes will apply to the users' and their data immediately."
"A copy of the amendments and the terms was attached to this release. Members are invited to enquire should they have any questions concerning the terms."
