The Adjudicator Act (Fundamental Rule Cap 5) has guaranteed the Board is free from interference and immune from any in-group consequences. It is the Board's responsibility to uphold an orderly environment for members to take part in aviation-related discussions while safeguarding the rights of the individual. Adjudicators are required to discharge their responsibility without favour, bias or self-interest.

It is one of our initiatives that the work of the Board is done transparently, and this website enables you to access useful information about the work of the Board.
