The body as a whole making adjudication in the Hong Kong Aviation Forum is named the Board of Adjudications of the Hong Kong Aviation Forum.
The body responsible for making first adjudications in the Hong Kong Aviation Forum is named the Board of First Adjudication of the Hong Kong Aviation Forum (BFA).
The body responsible for making appeal adjudications is named the Board of Appeal of the Hong Kong Aviation Forum (BA).
The BFA
the body where the Adjudicator of First Adjudication sits;
the appellate jurisdiction for cases through the procedure of Minor Contravenes;
responsible for the first instance hearing for cases other than cases through the Minor Contravenes procedure.
The BA
the body where Appeal Adjudicators sits;
the final appellate jurisdiction of the Hong Kong Aviation Forum.
