Cathay Pacific flight cancellations

Updated: Jan 14

Cathay Pacific will rebook your flight to the next available flight if your flight is cancelled. Pay close attention to Manage Booking to check your new flight details.

Cathay Pacific:

In order to ensure no flight cancellations for the Lunar New Year peak travel period between 7 and 18 February inclusive, we have cancelled an average of 12 flights (or around 6 flight pairs) a day through January and February in total. All planned cancellations have now been made, and alternative arrangements have been communicated to affected customers through the contact details provided in their booking. We understand this is extremely troublesome for our customers and are very sorry for the inconvenience caused.  For all customers, you can review your flight details through Manage Booking on the Cathay Pacific website and mobile app.

29 December 2023-14 January 2024
