Cathay Pacific to launch new business class suites in 2024

Cathay Pacific has announced the introduction of the all-new business class Aria suite. The eagerly anticipated Aria suite is set to make its debut aboard the redesigned Boeing 777-300ER cabin, expected to take flight in the second quarter of 2024.

While specific details about the suite remain to be announced, this elevated business class seat includes a sliding door for enhanced privacy, along with a fully flat bed to ensure a quiet, luxurious and relaxing journey.

Initially planned for the upcoming B777-9 aircraft, the new Aria suite was intended to debut on Cathay's upcoming fleet. However, the airline faced unforeseen delays in the delivery of the 777X, pushing back the anticipated start of deliveries until 2025.

Cathay CEO Ronald Lam previously expressed the airline's commitment to its passengers to provide a world-class travel experience by elevating the Cathay experience, "Reaching for the sky, we will strive for new heights beyond your expectations."

By introducing the Aria suite, Cathay Pacific seeks to elevate its business class offering, focusing on modernity, quiet luxury, and elevated comfort.

The Aria suite is set to redefine business class travel, offering passengers a journey that takes business class to new heights.
