香港民航意外調查機構 (AAIA) 公佈於 7/9/2019 在香港國際機場 (HKG) 降落的EY834 (ETD834) 偏離跑道降落嚴重航空事故初步調查報告。

2019年9月7日上午10 時41分，阿提哈德航空公司的波音 787-9 飛機，航班 ETD 834，在進行儀表著陸系統（ILS）進場香港國際機場（HKIA）時,偏離着陸航向 信標台 (localiser）航道。 飛機經過航線點 RIVER 時向左轉，試圖在距跑道約 15 海里處建立 25R 跑道着陸航向 信標（localiser）航道，但飛機一直偏向着陸航向信標台航道右側，並下降至低於 4,300 英尺的最低航段高度（MSA）。飛機隨後在距跑道約 11 海里時，重回着陸航向 信標台航道，並如常繼績降落。事故中，飛機沒有受損。

The Air Accident Investigation Authority (AAIA) has released a preliminary report on a serious incident on Etihad Airways flight ETD834 B787's Deviation from the Instrument Landing System Course during an Approach to Hong Kong International Airport on 7/9/2019.

On 7 September 2019 at 1041hrs, an Etihad Airways Boeing 787-9 aircraft, flight ETD 834, while conducting an Instrument Landing System (ILS) approach to Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) deviated from the localiser course. Having gone past waypoint RIVER while turning left and attempting to establish on the Runway 25R localiser at about 15 NM from the runway, the aircraft kept deviating to the right of the localiser and descending below the Minimum Sector Altitude (MSA) of 4,300 ft. The aircraft subsequently established on the localiser course at about 11 NM from the runway and landed without further incident. There was no damage to the aircraft.
